We just finished construction of our new home on Whidbey Island and LeRoy Boren was our contractor. We can’t say enough about his professionalism, honesty, and communication throughout the project. We ran into a water issue halfway through the project and LeRoy took the time to make sure we understood all our options and made sure we remediated it so that we didn’t have to worry about it after construction. He is fair and direct, and adapts to your communication style. He’s also a great project manager, do what he said he would do, on schedule. We couldn’t be happier with the house itself, much due to LeRoy’s attention to quality and his selection of subcontractors.
