When we decided to build a custom home on our property in Greenbank, we were repeatedly referred to Boren Construction. From our first meeting, LeRoy understood our budget and design requirements, and introduced us to a designer to create our unique space. By having our builder and designer work together during the design process, we were able to get a design that fit our budget, and they took care of the permitting process as well. Before we even began construction, LeRoy helped us make every selection decision for our project. Because of this, our cottage was built on time and on budget, and the quality of the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Boren Construction’s entire team of carpenters and subcontractors took really good care of our home, and were all very knowledgeable.
